Where are your servers located?
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, United States and Europe (Amsterdam). Please note that certain products might not always be available in all locations.
Do you have a refund policy?
We offer a 30 days no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all of our products EXCEPT dedicated servers and domain names. Dedicated Servers and domain names do not come with a refund policy due to policies of our upstream providers.
Will you transfer my site for me?
For most plans, as long as your provider uses cPanel (R), yes we will transfer your site free of cost. For bulk transfers, we can transfer up to 20 websites for free (cPanel/WHM). Beyond that, we charge $3.50 per site.
Is your hosting ideal for WordPress websites?
All our servers are memCache-optimized and come with the latest loaders for PHP as well as MariaDB, which can significantly improve the performance of WP sites. We also offer advice related to themes and plugins and provide security updates for WordPress and themes/plugins. Plus, our WP clients get exclusive discount coupons for premium WP content.
What makes your business hosting special?
Most of our hosting plans are capable of handling busy websites that require more resources than what generic web hosting can provide. Also, we believe in the importance of having a simple setup — you do not have to waste your time managing servers, etc. More importantly, all of our plans offer special eCommerce setup for various billing tools and scripts, and also give you SSL features to help you sell your products and services with peace of mind.
Your payment gateway is not supported in my country. What now?
